1. Nature of the service
Virtual numbers, rentals and verification services are supplied by third-party telecom providers and resold by Deepacal for credits. Number availability, area codes, carriers, delivery speed and message content depend entirely on those carriers and on the sender.
Numbers are temporary and shared infrastructure. You obtain no ownership, portability or permanence rights in any number, and a number may be reassigned after your verification or rental ends.
2. Permitted use
Numbers may be used for lawful privacy-preserving verification of accounts you are entitled to open, business testing, and communications you are authorised to send or receive.
3. Prohibited use
- Creating or verifying accounts in another person's name, or circumventing another platform's ban, identity or anti-fraud controls.
- Financial, banking, government or identity services where the provider prohibits virtual numbers.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, harassment, extortion or unlawful marketing.
- Abuse of trials, referral schemes, promotions or free-tier limits.
- Any use prohibited by the underlying carrier or by applicable telecom law.
4. Delivery risk and refunds
Delivery of a verification code is never guaranteed. Where a verification reaches a terminal state without delivering a code, the credits charged are refunded automatically to your balance. Once a number receives any message, or a rental is allocated, the charge is final. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Message privacy
Messages received by a virtual number are displayed in your account and are retained only for the short operational window described in the Data Retention & Deletion Policy. Do not use these numbers to receive sensitive personal, financial or medical information.
6. Auto-renewal
Rentals with auto-renew enabled consume credits automatically at each renewal. You must disable auto-renew before the renewal date to stop charges. Renewals that fail for insufficient credits release the number without liability.
