1. Create with consent
Use your own face and voice, or get permission. If you would not be comfortable showing the finished video to the person depicted, do not make it.
2. Be honest about AI
Do not pass synthetic media off as genuine footage. Disclose when it matters — news, politics, endorsements, testimonials, fundraising and anything a viewer might act on.
3. Respect people
No harassment, hate, sexualisation without consent, or content designed to humiliate. Public figures are people too: satire is permitted where lawful and clearly labelled; fabricated statements are not.
4. Respect creators
Only use footage, music, images, avatars and voices you are licensed to use. Credit collaborators. Do not scrape or re-upload other people's work.
5. Keep the platform safe
Do not attempt to bypass credits, gates or security controls. Do not share accounts. Report abuse to abuse@deepacal.com rather than retaliating.
6. Consequences
Depending on severity we may warn, remove content, limit features, suspend, or permanently terminate. Illegal content is reported to the authorities.
