1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to every user, every feature, every upload, every generation and every export, including via the desktop application and any API access. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Identity, consent and impersonation
- Do not swap, animate, clone or synthesise the face, body or voice of any person without their documented, informed consent.
- Do not impersonate any real person, brand, official, institution or public figure in a way likely to deceive.
- Do not use generated media to pass identity checks, KYC, liveness detection, banking verification, employment screening, examinations or any authentication system.
- Do not create synthetic evidence, fabricated statements, fake news, false endorsements or election-related deception.
3. Sexual content and minors
- Absolute prohibition on any content sexualising a minor, real or synthetic. Such activity results in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes of real people, or sexualised content involving an identifiable person without their explicit written consent.
- No content that depicts, promotes or facilitates sexual exploitation, trafficking or coercion.
4. Harm, harassment and hate
- No harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing, threats or targeted abuse.
- No incitement to violence, terrorism or self-harm; no promotion of violent extremist organisations.
- No hateful content attacking protected characteristics.
- No defamatory content presenting fabricated statements as genuine.
5. Fraud and financial crime
- No romance, investment, employment, giveaway, crypto or advance-fee scams.
- No phishing, social-engineering, business-email-compromise or CEO-fraud media.
- No use of virtual numbers to register accounts fraudulently, to evade bans, to launder value, or to abuse third-party trials, promotions or referral programmes.
- No money laundering, sanctions evasion, or use of stolen, unauthorised or disputed payment instruments.
6. Intellectual property
- No uploading or generating content that infringes copyright, trade marks, performers' rights, database rights or publicity rights.
- No unlicensed use of music, film, broadcast footage, game assets or brand identities.
- No circumvention of technical protection measures or licensing restrictions on marketplace avatars and voices.
7. Platform and technical abuse
- No reverse engineering, decompilation, automated scraping, or unauthorised API access.
- No circumvention of credit charging, rate limits, feature flags, activation gates, two-factor requirements or storage quotas.
- No multi-accounting to obtain bonus credits or evade enforcement.
- No penetration testing without written authorisation, no denial-of-service, no malware, and no interference with other users' sessions or media.
- No resale, sublicensing, white-labelling or redistribution of Deepacal capacity without a written agreement.
8. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, revoke abusively obtained credits, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence and notify authorities. Enforcement decisions are recorded. Serious or repeat violations result in permanent termination without refund. See the Account Suspension & Termination Policy for appeals.
