1. Prohibited impersonation
- Presenting yourself as another real person using their face, body or voice.
- Creating statements, endorsements, confessions or instructions attributed to a real person who did not make them.
- Impersonating brands, employers, government agencies, banks, police, regulators, journalists or emergency services.
- Using synthetic likeness or voice in any identity, age or liveness verification process.
- Impersonating Deepacal staff, support or administrators.
2. Limited exceptions
Using your own likeness, using a likeness with documented consent, clearly-labelled parody or satire that is lawful in the relevant jurisdiction, and licensed performances (for example, a marketplace avatar used within its licence) are permitted. Labelling does not cure deception where the content is used to obtain money, credentials, access or advantage.
3. Victim reporting
If your likeness, voice or brand has been misused on Deepacal, email abuse@deepacal.com with a description, any URLs or file references, and proof of identity or authority. We triage impersonation and non-consensual imagery reports as highest priority, and will remove content, disable accounts, and preserve evidence for legal process.
We will not disclose the reporter's identity to the reported user except where legally compelled.
4. Enforcement
Confirmed impersonation results in content removal, forfeiture of credits, permanent termination and, for unlawful conduct, referral to law enforcement. Repeat exposure to impersonation reports may trigger enhanced verification even before a determination is made.
