1. Absolute prohibition
Deepacal prohibits, without exception, any attempt to generate, upload, store, request or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexualised depictions of minors whether real or synthetic, and non-consensual intimate imagery of any person.
The Services are restricted to adults. Uploading a minor's likeness for face swap, avatar or voice cloning is prohibited unless you are the parent or legal guardian, the use is plainly non-sexual, and applicable biometric and child-privacy law permits it.
2. Enforcement
- Immediate, permanent termination with forfeiture of all credits and no refund.
- Preservation of account records, IP addresses and content hashes for law enforcement.
- Reporting to competent authorities and relevant child-protection organisations.
- Blocking of re-registration and of associated payment instruments and devices.
3. Victim reporting and support
Victims, guardians or authorised representatives may report at abuse@deepacal.com. These reports receive the highest priority. We remove content on verification, disable the offending account, and provide the information reasonably required to support legal action, subject to law.
We do not require a victim to view or resubmit the offending material to substantiate a report.
4. Prevention
We rely on provider-level safety filters, age gating, verification of high-risk accounts, rate limiting, audit logging and rapid response to reports. Attempts to bypass safety filters are themselves a terminable breach.
