1. Ownership
You retain ownership of the material you upload. As between you and Deepacal, and subject to third-party provider terms and any third-party rights in the source material, you own the output you generate and may use it commercially, provided you comply with the Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and all consent requirements.
Marketplace avatars, stock voices and templates remain the property of their licensors and may be subject to use restrictions, including a prohibition on resale of the underlying asset.
2. Licence to Deepacal
You grant Deepacal the operational licence described in section 6 of the Terms — hosting, processing, transcoding, transmission to providers, backup and security scanning — solely to deliver and protect the Services.
3. Storage and access
Recordings, generated media and saved faces are stored in private buckets. Access is granted only through short-lived signed URLs issued to your authenticated session. Administrators may access content only where necessary for support, safety or legal compliance, and privileged access is logged.
4. Moderation and removal
We may review, restrict or remove content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law, or that is the subject of a valid complaint. Where feasible we notify you and offer an appeal, except where notification would be unlawful or would risk harm.
5. Your responsibility to keep copies
Deepacal is not a backup service. Live sessions, billing history and certain logs are purged after seven days, and stored media may be removed following account closure, prolonged inactivity or policy enforcement. Download and archive anything you need.
6. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
