1. Deepacal's intellectual property
The Deepacal platform, name, logo, icons, interface designs, workflows, prompt engineering, documentation, desktop application and source code are the exclusive property of Deepacal or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Services.
Use of the Deepacal name or logo in marketing, integrations or resale requires prior written permission.
2. Rights in AI output
Subject to your compliance with the Terms and payment of applicable amounts, Deepacal assigns to you whatever rights it may have in the output generated from your inputs, and you may use that output commercially.
This assignment cannot give you rights that Deepacal does not hold. Output may incorporate or resemble material owned by others — including the likeness of the person in your source image, licensed avatars, stock voices, music or footage — and copyright protection for purely machine-generated material is limited or unavailable in many jurisdictions.
3. Rights you must clear yourself
- Personality, publicity and image rights of anyone depicted.
- Performers' rights and union or contractual obligations for cloned voices and performances.
- Music synchronisation and master rights for any soundtrack.
- Copyright in source footage, photographs, artwork, characters and game or film assets.
- Trade marks, logos and trade dress appearing in your content.
- Licence terms attached to marketplace avatars, stock voices and templates.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers, and may remove content and forfeit credits, in accordance with the DMCA & Copyright Infringement Policy.
5. Reporting
Send intellectual property complaints to dmca@deepacal.com. Trade mark complaints should include the registration details and an explanation of the likelihood of confusion.
