1. Licence grant
Deepacal grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Deepacal desktop application on devices you control, solely to access the Services in accordance with the Terms.
2. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or modification, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- No redistribution, resale, repackaging, bundling or hosting of the installer outside official Deepacal channels.
- No removal of copyright or branding notices; no circumvention of licensing, authentication or update mechanisms.
3. Updates and remote content
The application loads the Deepacal web experience and receives functional updates automatically. We may release new builds, deprecate old builds, and require an update for continued access. Third-party components are licensed under their own terms.
4. Device permissions
The application requires access to your camera, microphone and, where you enable it, virtual camera or NDI output. You are responsible for the lawful use of any captured or transmitted media, including on video calls and streams.
5. No warranty; termination
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This licence terminates automatically on breach or on termination of your account, at which point you must uninstall the application.
