1. Enforcement ladder
Depending on severity, history and risk we may: issue a warning; remove content; restrict a feature; require verification; temporarily suspend; or permanently terminate. Severe violations — content sexualising minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, verification circumvention or threats to platform security — bypass the ladder and result in immediate termination.
2. Grounds
- Breach of the Terms or any incorporated policy.
- Unlawful activity or credible reports thereof.
- Payment fraud, chargebacks or unresolved negative balances.
- Impersonation, non-consensual likeness use, or refusal to evidence consent.
- Multi-accounting, ban evasion, account sharing or resale.
- Security abuse, scraping, reverse engineering or interference with the Services.
- Sanctions exposure or provider-mandated restrictions.
- Prolonged inactivity, following notice.
3. Notice
We will normally notify you by email with the reason and, where possible, the specific content or event, unless notice is unlawful, would compromise an investigation, or would risk harm to a victim.
4. Effect on credits and content
Suspension freezes credits and access. Termination for breach forfeits remaining credits without refund. Voluntary closure does not refund consumed credits or the activation fee. Stored recordings, saved faces and generated media are deleted following termination in accordance with the Data Retention & Deletion Policy — export anything you need first.
5. Appeals
Appeal within thirty (30) days to legal@deepacal.com, stating your account email and the grounds. A human reviewer who was not the original decision-maker will assess the appeal and respond. Reinstatement may be conditional on verification or on remedial action.
6. Self-service deletion
You may delete your account from Account settings. Deletion anonymises your profile, zeroes credits, clears two-factor records and removes your authentication record. Administrator accounts must first be demoted. Deletion is irreversible.
