Subprocessors & Third-Party Providers

Who processes data on our behalf, and for what.

Effective date: 29 July 2026 · Applies to Deepacal, deepacal.com and all Deepacal applications.

1. How to read this notice

Deepacal orchestrates specialist providers rather than operating every model itself. Providers change as models and pricing evolve; this notice lists categories and purposes, and we notify account holders of material additions.

2. Categories

  • Cloud platform, database, authentication and object storage — hosting of accounts, media and application data.
  • Real-time AI video providers — live face swapping and streaming inference.
  • AI avatar and video generation providers — avatar videos, templates, translation and lip-sync.
  • Speech and voice providers — text-to-speech, voice cloning and voice conversion.
  • Image and multimodal AI providers — photo swap, photo editing and scriptwriting.
  • Telecommunications providers — virtual numbers, SMS verification, rentals and voice services.
  • Payment providers — card, bank transfer, merchant-of-record and cryptocurrency settlement.
  • Email and messaging providers — transactional email, notifications and delivery monitoring.
  • Error monitoring and diagnostics — fault detection and platform reliability.

3. Safeguards

Each provider receives only the data needed for its function, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms, with transfer safeguards where applicable. We prefer providers that do not train on customer content and that apply short retention windows.

4. Requesting the current list

Business customers may request the current named subprocessor list, including entity names and processing locations, at privacy@deepacal.com.
