1. Commitment
Deepacal aims to conform substantially to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We build with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, responsive layouts, sufficient contrast and accessible form labelling, and we test across desktop, mobile and the desktop application.
2. Known limitations
Real-time video preview, theatre mode, canvas-based transcoding and some third-party embedded components may not be fully accessible to assistive technology. Generated media does not automatically include captions or audio description; you remain responsible for adding them where required.
3. Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier, contact support@deepacal.com describing the page, the assistive technology you use and the problem. We aim to acknowledge within five (5) business days and to provide an accessible alternative where a fix is not immediately feasible.
